b) Non-Optimal Solution. The foam (specifically on the seat) is often not replaced and as this is the 'heart' of the stool, the overall life of the re-upholstered stool may be compromised. This is especially so when the existing/old fabric is glued to the seat foam and requires removal during re-upholstery.
